Guidelines for Your Visit


In order to reserve your appointment, all new clients will be asked to provide a credit card to hold your appointment. Your Card will not be charged until the time of service. Gift certificates cannot be used to reserve appointments. If you have special health concerns such as allergies (nuts, shellfish, lavender and /or gluten) or are pregnant, diabetic, are on blood thinners, etc., please let us know when booking your service so we may make your experience comfortable.

Appointments that are made for Spa services on a first-come, first-served basis, advance reservations are recommended.

For group reservations of 3 or more, 50% of the service is paid at the time of the reservation.


The services you select are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the Spa requires 24 hour notice. Clients who do a No Call/No Show will be charged half of the service fee on the card provided when booking.

Natures Healing Day Spa reserves the right to reschedule any client who is  more than 15 minutes late for an appointment.

Couples (2)  require 24 hour notice.

Groups of 3 or more that have service packages require 72 hour notice of cancellation.

In consideration of our service schedule and because of advance reservation demands, we do strictly enforce the cancellation charge penalties.

Gift Certificates

A just because you care gift!   Birthday!    Anniversary!     Holiday!

Gift Certificates are a wonderful idea for all any occasion. They may be purchased over the phone, or at the Spa front Desk for any amount.

Gift Certificates are not refundable and non-transferable.

Gift Certificates expire one year from date of issue.

Guidelines for Your Visit

Alcohol is prohibited on the premises.

  • *No alcohol consumption before any service.
  • *No services will be rendered if alcohol has been consumed.

Massage therapy increases the circulation of the blood. As a result YOU WILL GET DRUNK. Even with 1 alcoholic beverage.  At Natures Healing our staff provides the ultimate service. Allow us to help you relax alcohol free.

It is necessary to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so we may ensure that your service begins on time. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. In consideration of our next guest, your service will end on time regardless of when your service began.

Cell phones and pages are strictly prohibited in service areas.

Please shower prior to massage and body treatments, wear deodorant and refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes.

It is recommended to minimize food and drink intake one hour before scheduled service.

For Any Body Treatment, it is recommended to avoid shaving 24 hours prior.

Pregnant women should avoid steam treatments, waxing and aromatherapy. Please inform the Front Desk at time of scheduling.

Complimentary tea and water are available. Please ask the Front Desk Personnel.

To ensure your comfort, your body will be covered and draped during the service.

If you are uncomfortable during your service (too cold, to hot, need to visit restroom), please let our professionals know so we may make your experience completely enjoyable.

Those guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.

Those guests under the age of 18 will be asked to provide written parental consent.

Please leave valuables and personal items at home. Natures Healing Day Spa cannot be responsible for lost items. A fee of  $5 will be charged for any lost or stolen keys.

In order to provide a pleasant Spa Experience, We offer:  A robe, spa sandals, complimentary paraffin hand treatment upon request and use of the Relation Suite. Vanity amenities are provided for your use.

Product Purchases

All product purchases for Makeup,  Eminence Organic Skin Care and Simply Earth Essential Oils and are Final. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

Natures Healing Day Spa is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to customize our spa services and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.


We are closed the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve. Any other closures due to emergency or weather will be announced on our Facebook page.
